A drop is your event page on Passa. It contains everything your fans need to know about your event, including the event details, ticket options, flyer, location, and checkout link.
Creating a drop is the first step to selling tickets, collecting RSVPs, or building hype for your event.
Step 1: Log in to Your Creator Account
Start by logging in to your Passa creator account.
Once you are in your dashboard, click Create Drop to begin setting up your event.
Step 2: Add Your Event Details
Enter the basic information for your event.
This may include:
Event name
Event date
Start time
Event location
Event description
Event category
Event flyer or cover image
Make sure your event details are clear so fans know exactly what to expect.
Step 3: Add Your Ticket Options
Next, create the ticket types for your event.
You can add tickets such as:
Early bird
Regular
VIP
Group tickets
Free tickets
Complimentary tickets
For each ticket type, add the price, quantity, and any ticket description you want fans to see.
Step 4: Review Your Drop
Before publishing, review your drop carefully.
Check that:
The date and time are correct
The location is accurate
Ticket prices are correct
Your flyer is uploaded properly
Your event description is clear
Your ticket quantities are accurate
This helps avoid mistakes after fans start buying tickets.
Step 5: Publish Your Drop
When everything looks good, click Publish.
Your drop will go live and you will receive a shareable event link.
You can copy this link and share it on Instagram, WhatsApp, TikTok, X, Snapchat, or anywhere your community is active.
