I Bought a Ticket but Can’t Find It

If you bought a ticket on Passa but cannot find it, don’t panic. You can access your ticket through the fan portal using the email address you used during checkout.

You can find your tickets on Passa in various ways;

1. Log in to the Fan Portal

Go to the Passa fan portal and log in with the same email address you used to buy your ticket.

Once you are logged in, you should be able to view your purchased tickets and open the ticket for the event you are attending.

Make sure you use the correct email address. If you bought the ticket with a different email, the ticket may not show in your account.


2. Check Your Email

You can also check the email address you entered when buying the ticket.

Look for an email from Passa or the event organizer. If you do not see it in your inbox, check your spam, promotions, or junk folder.


3. Check Your Phone Messages

If ticket confirmations are sent by SMS, check the phone number you entered during checkout.

Make sure you are checking the same number you used when buying the ticket.


4. Confirm Your Payment

Check whether your payment was successful.

If your payment failed or was not completed, your ticket may not have been issued.

If your payment was successful but your ticket is not showing in the fan portal, contact Passa support.


5. Contact Passa Support

When reaching out to support, please include:

  • Your full name

  • The event name

  • The email address used to buy the ticket

  • Phone number used at checkout

  • Payment reference, if available

  • Screenshot of payment, if available

This helps us find your ticket faster.


Important Note

Always enter the correct email address when buying a ticket.

Your ticket is linked to the email you use during checkout, so you will need that same email to access it through the fan portal.
